Edmonds ANZAC biscuits recipe

Did you know: it’s claimed that ANZAC biscuits were made by New Zealanders and Australians during both World Wars because the ingredients do not spoil easily. This meant that the biscuits were more likely to survive the long trip to the soldiers who were stationed overseas and still be tasty.

REMEMBER: always ask permission from a grown-up before you start cooking

Time: 25 minutes
