Edmonds Hokey Pokey Cookies Recipe
Alfie (11) and Henry (8) from Wellington tried out the Edmonds My First Cookbook Hokey Pokey Cookies recipe for us and had this to say…
“The Hokey Pokey Cookies are just the right amount of awesomeness! Sweet, but not too sweet, and when eaten straight from the oven they melt and crumble in your mouth with the middles soft and warm!”

Time: 1 hour
Makes: 22 (depending on how big you make them)
What you need
125g butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp golden syrup
1 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 cup Edmonds standard flour
1 tsp Edmonds baking soda
